How it works:

1. Order online: We'll authorize a payment hold based on your estimated weight.

2. Bag it up: Any bag works. No sorting needed. We'll pick up your bag on Tuesday.

3. We weigh, wash, and fold: We'll text you the final price before charging your card.

4. Get it back: Delivery to your door on Thursday

Quantity

Don't worry about weighing anything yourself. To give you an idea of how much a typical load weighs, the following items all together weigh about 10lbs:
Seven pairs/sets of underwear
Seven pairs of socks
Five short-sleeve T-shirts
Two long-sleeve shirts
One sweatshirt or sweater
Two pairs of jeans or four pairs of shorts
One sheet set
One towel
A family of four runs 30–40 lbs a week. You only pay for actual weight.
Do I have to weigh my own laundry?
No. We weigh it and confirm the price by text before charging.
What if my bag is under 10 lbs?
The 10 lb minimum still applies ($21.50). Worth waiting if you can.
Why is there a hold on my card?
We hold an estimated amount up front, then adjust to the actual weight and text you before processing payment.
Do I need a special bag?
No. Any bag works — just tied or zipped closed.
Can I include comforters, sheets, and household items?
Yes, at the same $2.15/lb rate.
